The Impact of the Quality of Executive Teams in Commercial Banks on Operational Risk Prevention
The prevention of operational risks in commercial banks is a hot topic in risk management in China and even the world.In the past,the prevention of operational risks in commercial banks was mostly studied through mechanisms such as insurance,while studying bank risks from the perspective of executive team management has gradually become a new direction for banks to explore.Based on the perspective of social responsibility theory,the article proposes that the quality of the executive team of commercial banks will enhance the sense of responsibility of organizational employees,thereby enhancing the bank's operational risk prevention capabilities.At the same time,the quality of the executive team was decomposed into three aspects:compliance management execution,cultural strength,and responsible leadership.A questionnaire survey was conducted with 300 people including commercial bank tellers,customer managers,branch and branch heads,and the research results supported the intermediary model proposed in this study.
