Research on the training of digital rural information operation officers in China
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China(CPC)made major strategic arrangements for solidly promoting common prosperity.It is the top priority to achieve common prosperity to promote the construction of digital villages,accelerate the construction of a training system for the training of technical and skilled talents that integrates production and lessons,the coordination of government,enterprises and society,and the integration of education and selection,and strengthens the cultivation of rural informatization talents.However,there are problems in the construction of digital villages in China,such as imperfect infrastructure construct ion,insufficient number of talents,and imperfect construction mechanism and system,and specific to the training of digital village information operation officers,the problems of institutional mechanisms,technical support,talent training,ideological concepts,and financial support need to be solved urgently.Based on the analysis of the theory,current situation and existing problems of the training of digital rural information operation officers in China,this paper puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the training of digital rural information operation officers in China,which provides a thinking path for responding to China's digital village and common prosperity strategy,and provides practical guidance for formulating local and even national digital rural talent training programs.
