Research on the impact of occupational resilience on the deviant innovation behavior of scientific and technological talents
Based on the theory of resource conservation and the theory of situational strength,this paper explores the influencing mechanism of occupational resilience on the deviant innovation behavior of scientifiic and technological talents,and analyzes the mediating role of harmonious work passion and the moderating role of inclusive leadership.Through the regression analysis of 433 valid data,it is found that occupational resilience positively affects the deviant innovation behavior of scientific and technological talents;Harmonious work passion plays a mediating role between professional resilience and the deviant and innovative behavior of scientific and technological talents.Inclusive leadership positively regulates the relationship between harmonious work passion and the deviant and innovative behavior of scientific and technological talents.
