植物病程相关蛋白PR10及其在花生中的研究进展

[目的]了解植物PR10蛋白的研究进展,以期为植物抵御逆境胁迫分子机制解析和抗逆基因挖掘奠定基础。[方法]通过搜集查阅国内外植物PR10蛋白相关文献,对植物PR10蛋白家族的基本结构、生物学功能以及响应逆境胁迫下的信号转导途径等方面进行了总结归纳。[结果]PR10蛋白广泛存在于高等植物基因组中,是一类不含信号肽,具有核酸酶活性的胞内蛋白,其核酸酶活性与自身高度保守的"P-loop"基序(GXGGXG)密切相关。PR10s存在组成型和诱导型表达两种模式,在植物抵御逆境胁迫中发挥重要作用,但明确的调控机理研究仍待深入解析,花生中PR10蛋白的研究进展较为缓慢。[结论]花生中与抗逆境胁迫相关PR10基因的克隆及其调控机制研究有待加强,进一步挖掘优异等位变异可为培育耐逆性花生新品种提供基因资源。
Plant Pathogenesis-Related Protein PR10 and Their Research Progress in Peanut
[Objective]The research progress on plant PR10 genes were reviewed to lay a foundation for the analysis of the molecular mechanism of plant resistance to stress and the mining of stress resistance genes.[Method]By consulting related literatures,the basic structure,biological functions and signal transduction pathways in response to adverse stresses of the plant PR10 protein family were summarized and commented.[Result]PR10 proteins exist widely in the genome of higher plants.It is a kind of intra-cellular proteins without signal peptides and has nuclease activity which is closely related to its highly conserved"P-loop"(GXGGXG)motif.PR10s,with constitutive and inducible expression patterns,play an important role in plant resistance to stress.However,the clear regulatory mechanism remains to be fur-ther dissected,and the research progress of PR10s in peanut is relatively backward.[Conclusion]The cloning and analysis of regulation mechanism of PR10 genes associated with stress resistance in peanut need to be strengthened.Further mining of excellent allelic variation can provide genetic resources for the cultivation of new peanut varieties with stress tolerance.
