The Contemporary Value,Potential Contradictions,and Practical Pathways of the Construction of"Tianfu Granary"
[Objective]Building a higher level"Tianfu Granary"is a strategic requirement for Sich-uan from the perspective of national development and security based on"two big situations".[Method]Through data collation,theoretical analysis,case study and other methods,this paper clarified the value of the construction of"Tianfu Granary",analyzed the inherent contradictions of the construction of"Tianfu Granary",summarized the relevant experience of ensuring grain produc-tion and supply and building the grain industry system in the main grain producing areas,and put for-ward the practical path of the construction of"Tianfu Granary".[Result]Starting from the protec-tion of cultivated land resources in Tianfu and the construction of modern food system,we should comprehensively grasp the attributes of economic goods and public products of grain under the mar-ket mechanism,and guide the moderate scale planting of grain and the improvement of industrial benefits of the whole industrial chain.[Conclusion]It is necessary to innovate the mechanism of grain seeding area guarantee,improve the mechanism of regional division of grain production,im-prove the cultivation mechanism of grain management subjects,and build the"three-chain integra-tion"mechanism of grain industry.
