小麦种子活力相关性状全基因组关联分析

摘要
[目的]鉴定控制小麦种子活力相关性状位点,发掘相关候选基因,为高活力品种提高理论基础.[方法]以404份遗传背景广泛的小麦为试验材料,对11个种子活力相关性状进行测定,结合基因型信息与活力相关性状参数进行全基因组关联分析.[结果]鉴定出28个与小麦种子活力相关性状的显著关联位点.[结论]发现2个控制小麦种子活力潜在新位点,在这2个位点共检测到80个与种子活力相关的候选基因,其中,TraesCS4A01G020000.1编码LEA蛋白基因和TraesCS5B01G298500.1编码解螺旋酶基因,在种子中特异表达,与种子活力高度相关.
Abstract
[Objective]The aims of this study are to identify loci related to the wheat seed vigor and ex-plore candidate genes,providing theoretical basis for breeding high-vigor varieties.[Method]We used 404 wheat accessions with extensive genetic background as test materials,and determined 11 seed vigor-related traits,and performed genome-wide association analysis by combining genotypic information with the parameters of vigor-related traits.[Result]The twenty-eight QTL loci related to the seed vigor were identified.[Conclusion]Two potential novel loci controlling seed vigor in wheat were identified,and 80 candidate genes were identified in two new loci,including TraesCS4A01G020000.1 encoding the LEA protein and TraesCS5B01G298500.1 encoding the de-helicase enzyme,which are specifically expressed in seeds and highly correlated with seed vigor.
