[目的]明确数字技术赋能农业绿色低碳转型的理论基础、现实困境及优化路径,为实现农业可持续发展提供科学指导和实践方案。[方法]基于逻辑分析和文献梳理,明确数字技术赋能农业绿色低碳转型的理论基础。从中国当前国情农情出发,分析数字技术赋能农业绿色低碳转型面临的现实困境。[结果]理论上数字技术能够从供需适配、智慧监管、提质增效、信息平权和科学决策5个方面助力农业绿色低碳转型,但现实中仍存在观念滞后、素养缺位、技术悬浮、收益欠佳和治理赤字等赋能困境。[结论]应从加强政策宣讲、拓宽宣传渠道、丰富应用场景、优化推广体系和完善基层治理等方面强化数字技术赋能农业绿色低碳转型的实践路径。
Digital Technology Enabling Green and Low Carbon Transformation of Agriculture:Theoretical Foundations,Realistic Dilemma and Optimization Path
[Objective]Understanding of the theoretical basis,practical dilemmas and path optimization of digital technology-enabled green and low-carbon transformation of agriculture,to provide scientific guidance and practical solutions for the realization of sustainable agricultural development.[Method]Based on logical analysis and literature combing,the theoretical basis of digital technology enabling green low-carbon transformation of agriculture is clarified.Starting from China's current national agricultural situation,we analyze the practical dilemmas facing the green low-carbon transformation of agriculture empowered by digital technology.[Result]Theoretically,digital technology can help agriculture green and low-carbon transformation in five aspects:supply and demand matching,intelligent supervision,quality improvement,information affirmation and scientific decision-making,but in reality,there are still conceptual lags,lack of literacy,technological levitation,poor returns and governance deficits of the empowerment of the dilemma.[Conclusion]The practical path to strengthen the green and low-carbon transformation of agriculture empowered by digital technology should be strengthened,namely,strengthening policy propaganda,broadening of publicity channels,enriching application scenarios,optimizing the promotion system and improving grass-roots governance.the green low-carbon transformation of agriculture empowered by digital technology.
