农地流转对种植业低碳化发展水平的影响机制研究

[目的]研究农地流转对种植业低碳化发展水平的影响机制及效应,为尽早实现农业"双碳"目标以及推进农业全面绿色转型提供经验借鉴。[方法]基于2005-2020年30个省级面板数据,从碳源减控和产业发展二元视角构建种植业低碳发展水平评价指标体系,运用熵权—TOPSIS模型测度种植业低碳化发展水平,并采用双固定效应、中介效应及工具变量模型探究农地流转对种植业低碳化发展水平的影响机制。[结果]国内种植业低碳化发展水平不高,种植业低碳化发展水平排名前5位的省份为山东、河南、广东、江苏和福建,排名后5位省份为安徽、青海、吉林、江西和内蒙古;农地流转正向驱动种植业低碳化发展水平提升;种植业化学化水平与机械化水平在农地流转影响种植业低碳化发展过程中有中介效应。[结论]通过持续推进农地制度改革、提升种植业化学物资利用效率和机械化水平、实施差异化配套政策以提升种植业低碳化发展潜力,推进中国式农业现代化绿色高效发展。
Research on the Impact Mechanism of Rural Land Transfer on the Low Carbon Development Level in Plantation Industry in China
[Objective]To study the impact mechanism and effect of agricultural land transfer on the low-carbon development level of plantation industry,so as to provide experience and reference for achieving the"double carbon"goal of agriculture as soon as possible and promoting the comprehensive green trans-formation of agriculture.[Method]Based on 30 provincial panel data from 2005 to 2020,a low-carbon development level evaluation index system for the plantation industry was constructed from the dual per-spective of carbon source reduction and industrial development.The entropy weight-TOPSIS model was used to measure the low-carbon development level of the plantation industry,and the double fixed effect,intermediary effect,and instrumental variable model were used to explore the impact mechanism of agri-cultural land transfer on the low-carbon development level of the plantation industry.[Result]The low-carbon development level of China's planting industry was not high.The top five provinces in terms of low-carbon development level of plantation industry were Shandong,Henan,Guangdong,Jiangsu,and Fujian,while the bottom five provinces were Anhui,Qinghai,Jilin,Jiangxi,and Inner Mongolia;Agri-cultural land transfer positively drives the low-carbon development of the plantation industry;The level of chemical and mechanical transformation of planting industry has a mediating effect on the process of agricultural land transfer affecting low-carbon development of the plantation industry.[Conclusion]By continuously promoting the reform of the agricultural land system,improving the utilization efficiency and mechanization level of chemical material in the planting industry,implementing differentiated sup-porting policies to enhance the low-carbon development potential of the plantation industry,so as to pro-mote the green and efficient development of Chinese agricultural modernization.
