河南省麦套花生主要农艺、产量和品质性状的聚类分析与综合评价

[目的]探明河南省麦套花生品种间的遗传差异及综合表现,促进品种在育种和生产中的应用。[方法]对其14个主要经济和品质性状进行变异、相关、聚类及主成分分析。[结果]14个性状的变异系数范围为2。74%~34。34%,其中主茎高、总分枝数、单株生产力、油酸和亚油酸变异系数分别为8。12%、9。05%、10。76%、26。32%和34。34%,变异较大,出仁率、脂肪和蛋白质变异系数分别为2。74%、3。73%和5。83%,变异较小。相关性分析表明,荚果产量与单株生产力、百果重、百仁重相关系数分别为0。57、0。57、0。55,呈极显著正相关;与主茎高、侧枝长相关系数分别为-0。56、-0。53,呈极显著负相关;与总分枝数相关系数为-0。42,呈显著负相关,说明有效控制群体旺长是高产的关键。聚类分析把22个麦套花生品种分为6大类,中果型、大果型与超大果型种质划分明显,其中第Ⅰ和Ⅳ类可作为选育大果高产品种的优质资源,第Ⅵ类可作为选育高油酸品种的种质资源。主成分分析将14个主要性状归纳为4个主成分,累计贡献率达80。91%,基本能够反映出全部指标的大部分信息。[结论]百果重、百仁重、出仁率、单株生产力和荚果产量可作为麦套花生品种选择的重要参考性状。商花21号、开农86、豫花82号、豫花102号、商花22号和洛花1号,综合得分为1。116 8~1。674 5,可作为本区域生产的主推品种和育种选配的骨干亲本。
Comprehensive Evaluation and Cluster Analysis on Main Agronomic,Yield and Quality Traits of Peanut Intercropped with Wheat in Henan Province
[Objective]The order to understand genetic differences and comprehensive performance of peanut intercropped with wheat in Henan Province,and to promote the application of variety in breeding and production.[Method]14 main economic and quality traits were analyzed by variation,correlation,cluster and principle component analysis.[Result]The result showed that the variable coefficient range of 14 traits was 2.74%to 34.34%,among that of stem height,total number of branch,pod yield of per plant,oleicacid and linoleic acid respectively were 8.12%,9.05%,10.76%,26.32%,34.34%and showed larger variation,among that of kernel percentage,fat and protein were 2.74%、3.73%,5.83%and showed smaller variation.The correlation analysis showed that the correlation coefficient of pod yield and pod yield of per plant,100-pod weight,100-kernel weight respectively were 0.57,0.57,0.55 and showed extremely significantly positive correlation,that of pod yield and the main stem height,branch length respec-tively were-0.56,-0.53 and showed extremely significantly negative correlation,that of pod yield and total number of branches was-0.42 and showed significantly negative correlation.The key of high yield was the effective control of population overgrowth.The 22 peanut varieties were classified into six groups by cluster analysis,and medium fruit type,large fruit type and super large fruit type were obviously divided,in which,group Ⅰ and Ⅳ can be used as excellent resources for breeding high-yield large fruit variety,group Ⅵ can be used as germplasm resources for breeding high oleic acid variety.14 main traits were con-cluded into 4 main components by using principal component analysis,and the cumulative contribution rate was 80.91%,which could represent the most information of all the indices.[Conclusion]100-pod weight,100-kernel weight,kernel percentage,pod yield of per plant,pod yield can be used as important reference traits for the selection peanut intercropped with wheat variety.The comprehensive scores of Shanghua21,Kainong86,Yuhua82,Yuhua102,Shanghua22 and Luohua1 were 1.116 8~1.674 5,and they can be used as the main varieties for peanut production and the backbone materials for peanut breeding parents.
