摘要

[目的]旨在评估我国野生单环刺螠群体的遗传多样性和群体结构.[方法]采集大连、唐山、烟台3个群体样本,利用GBS测序技术获取SNP标记位点信息,分别对其期望杂合度、观测杂合度、核苷酸多样性、分子方差、聚类及群体结构等进行分析.[结果]3个野生单环刺螠群体观测杂合度为0.212~0.223,期望杂合度为0.239~0.257;核苷酸多样性在0.252~0.271之间.遗传变异主要来源于单环刺螠群体内部.3个自然群体可分成2个遗传群体,样本未根据地理位置表现出明显的群体结构.[结论]我国野生单环刺螠具有中等遗传多样性.

Abstract

[Objective]The purpose of this study was to evaluate the genetic diversity and population structure of wild Urechis uniconctus populations in China.[Method]Three population samples were col-lected from Dalian,Tangshan,and Yantai,and SNP marker site information was obtained by using GBS sequencing technology.The expected heterozygosity,observed heterozygosity,nucleotide diversity,mo-lecular variance,clustering,and population structure were analyzed.[Result]The observed heterozy-gosity of three wild populations of Urechis uniconctus was 0.212-0.223.The expected heterozygosity was 0.239-0.257.The diversity of nucleotides ranged from 0.252 to 0.271.Genetic variation was mainly de-rived from the population of Urechis uniconctus.Three wild populations can be divided into two genetic populations,but the samples did not show a clear population structure based on geographical location.[Conclusion]The wild Urechis uniconctus in China has middle genetic diversity.
