Theoretical Logic and Realistic Path of Empowering Agricultural Modernization Construction with New Quality Productive Forces from the Perspective of New Production Relations
[Objective]By finding out the new direction of productivity reform and production relations adjustment,the new quality productive forces can better enable agricultural modernization.[Method]Based on the intrinsic relationship between new quality productive forces and new production relations,this paper explored the mechanism and practical path of new quality productive forces empowering agri-cultural modernization from the perspective of new production relations.[Result]The results showed a high degree of internal consistency between the new quality productive forces and agricultural moderniza-tion.From the perspective of the mechanism of action,new agricultural workers,new agricultural labor materials and new agricultural labor objects can inject new momentum into agricultural modernization by boosting agricultural production and income,digital transformation and upgrading,and production mode transformation.At the same time,in the process of promoting agricultural modernization,the traditional agricultural production relationship and the development requirements of new quality productive forces show an incompatibility,and the problems of small-scale farmers'production and operation mode,own-ership of means of production,and participation in the distribution of production factors are the blocking problems that restrict the effect of new quality productive forces in empowering agricultural moderniza-tion.[Conclusion]It is necessary to rely on the two-wheel drive of science and technology and reform to cultivate new agricultural productivity and optimize new agricultural production relations.
