新型农业经营主体数字化转型赋能农业新质生产力

[目的]明确新型农业经营主体数字化转型赋能农业新质生产力的内在机理、依存条件以及现实困境,为实现农业农村高质量发展提供经验证据和决策参考。[方法]运用多案例研究方法,以12家新型农业经营主体为典型案例,揭示数字化转型赋能农业新质生产力的内在机理。在此基础上,本文立足中国农情,进一步分析了数字化转型赋能农业新质生产力的依存条件以及现实困境。[结果]数字化转型主要通过重塑农业生产方式、优化农业要素配置以及创造农业新价值三方面赋能农业新质生产力。主体禀赋和场域支持是新型农业经营主体数字化转型的依存条件。主体禀赋包括新型农业经营主体负责人的领导能力和稳定的销售渠道,场域支持主要包括政府扶持。然而,数字化转型赋能农业新质生产力主要面临政府扶持力度不足、土地产权不稳定、数字技术适用性差以及农业经营主体数字素养较低等困境。[结论]应强化新型农业经营主体负责人培训、多管齐下拓宽新型农业经营主体销售渠道和渐进式推动新型农业经营主体数字化转型。
Digital Transformation of New Agricultural Operating Entities Empowers Agricultural New Quality Productive Forces
[Objective]Clarify the intrinsic mechanisms,dependency conditions,and practical challenges of how the digital transformation of new agricultural operating entities empowers agricultural new quality productive forces,providing empirical evidence and decision-making references for achieving high-quality development in agriculture and rural areas.[Method]Using a multi-case study approach,this pa-per takes 12 new agricultural operating entities as typical cases to reveal the intrinsic mechanisms of how digital transformation empowers agricultural new quality productive forces.Based on this,the paper fur-ther analyzes the dependency conditions and practical challenges of digital transformation in empowering agricultural new quality productive forces,with a focus on China's agricultural context.[Result]The study found that digital transformation mainly enables agricultural new quality productive forces by re-shaping agricultural production methods,optimizing agricultural factor allocation and creating new agri-cultural value.Subject endowment and field support are the dependent conditions for the digital transfor-mation of new agricultural operators.Subject endowment includes strong leadership ability and stable sales channels of the person in charge of new agricultural operators,and field support mainly includes government support.However,digital transformation to enable agricultural new quality productive forces mainly faces difficulties such as insufficient government support,unstable land property rights,poor ap-plicability of digital technology and low digital literacy of agricultural operators.[Conclusion]To this end,we should strengthen the training of the person in charge of new agricultural operators,take mul-tiple measures to expand the sales channels of new agricultural operators and gradually promote the digi-tal transformation of new agricultural operators.
