[目的]鉴定并分析枇杷中MADS-box基因家族成员,探明MADS-box基因在枇杷花芽发育中的表达模式。[方法]基于'大五星'枇杷基因组数据库,利用生物信息学的方法鉴定出枇杷中的MADS-box基因,分析家族成员的保守基序,顺式作用元件和系统进化关系,并对其在'春花1号'和'果真好3号'2个品种花芽发育中的表达模式进行分析。[结果]在枇杷中共鉴定得到63个MIKCC型MADS-box基因,63个MIKCC型MADS-box基因被分为13个亚家族,不均匀地分布在14条染色体上。在基因家族成员上游启动子区域发现植物生长发育、胁迫反应、光响应和激素反应等相关的顺式作用元件。'春花1号'和'果真好3号'对应的MADS-box基因表现出相同的趋势且趋势主要分为表达量持续升高和持续降低,推测MADS-box基因在花芽发育过程中起重要作用。[结论]初步鉴定并分析了枇杷MIKCC型MADS-box基因成员,及其在花芽发育过程中的表达模式。结果为研究MADS-box基因参与枇杷花芽发育提供一定的参考。
Whole-Genome Identification and Expression Analysis of MIKCC Type MADS-Box in Loquat
[Objective]To identify and analyze members of MADS-box gene family in loquat,and to ex-plore the expression patterns of MADS-box gene in flower bud development of loquat.[Method]MADS-box genes in loquat were identified by bioinformatics based on the genome database of'Dawuxing'loquat.Conserved motifs,phylogenetic trees and cis-acting elements of the family members were analyzed,and their expression patterns in flower bud development of the'Chunhua 1'and'Guozhenhao3'varieties were analyzed.[Result]A total of 63 MIKCC of EjMADS-box genes were identified in'Chunhua 1'and'Guo-zhenhao3'loquat,which are divided into 13 subfamilies and unevenly distributed on 14 chromosomes.Cis-acting elements related to plant growth and development,stress response,light response and hor-mone response were found in the upstream promoter region of gene family.MADS-box genes correspond-ing to'Chunhua 1'and'Guozhenhao3'loquat showed the same trend,and the trend was mainly divided into continuous increase and continuous decrease,which speculated that MADS-box gene played an im-portant role in the development of flower buds.[Conclusion]The MIKCC of MADS-box gene members and their expression patterns during flower bud development in loquat were preliminarily identified and analyzed.The results provided some reference for the study of MADS-box gene involved in loquat flower bud development.
