[目的]探究海藻肥对枇杷果实品质的影响。[方法]以3 a生'大五星'枇杷为材料,研究0、450、650、850和1 050倍海藻肥稀释液对枇杷果实品质的影响。[结果]叶面喷施海藻肥能增加枇杷果实单果重、纵径、横径和果形指数,并降低果实硬度;其中,450~1 050倍海藻肥稀释液使枇杷果实单果重和横径分别较对照增加了 7。02%~23。48%和15。75%~22。73%。与对照相比,喷施海藻肥提高了枇杷果实可溶性糖、固酸比、类胡萝卜素、总酚和总黄酮含量,其中,450~850倍海藻肥稀释液处理使可溶性糖和总黄酮含量显著增加了 10。90%~13。53%和19。84%~30。37%,650~850倍海藻肥稀释液使固酸比显著增加8。72%~20。82%,而450~650倍海藻肥稀释液使类胡萝卜素增加了 11。07%~11。79%,450~1 050倍海藻肥稀释液使总酚含量增加32。29%~47。46%。利用主成分分析综合评价海藻肥对枇杷果实品质的改良效果,提取到4个特征值大于1的主成分,累积贡献率达到80。954%,主要归纳为果实形状大小、色泽以及风味3个方面;根据综合得分进行枇杷果实品质提升效果排序,结果为650倍海藻肥稀释液>850倍海藻肥稀释液>450倍海藻肥稀释液>1 050倍海藻肥稀释液>对照。[结论]450~1 050倍海藻肥稀释液均能提高枇杷果实的外观品质,并提升其风味品质,增加其果实营养物质含量,其中以650倍海藻肥稀释液喷施效果最佳,450倍和850倍海藻肥稀释液喷施效果次之。
Comprehensive Evaluation of the Effect of Seaweed Fertilizer on Loquat Fruit Quality Based on Principal Component Analysis
[Objective]To explore the effects of seaweed fertilizer on the quality of loquat fruit.[Method]Using 3-year-old'Dawuxing'loquat as material,the effects of 0,450,650,850,and 1 050 times diluted seaweed fertilizer on the quality of loquat fruit were studied.[Result]Foliar application of sea-weed fertilizer could increase the single fruit weight,longitudinal diameter,transverse diameter and fruit shape index,and reduce the fruit hardness.Dilutions of seaweed fertilizer ranging from 450 to 1050 times result in increases single fruit weight and transverse diameter of loquat fruit by 7.02%-23.48%and 15.75%-22.73%,respectively.Compared with the control,the contents of soluble sugar,ratio of soluble solid to titratable acid,carotenoid,total phenol and total flavone in loquat fruits were increased by spray-ing seaweed fertilizer.The contents of soluble sugar and total flavonoid were significantly increased by 10.90%-13.53%and 19.84%-30.37%after treatment with 450-850 times diluted seaweed fertilizer.The ratio of soluble solid to titratable acid was significantly increased by 8.72%-20.82%with the dilution of 650-850 times seaweed fertilizer,the carotenoid was increased by 11.07%-11.79%with the dilution of 450-650 times seaweed fertilizer,and the total phenol content was increased by 32.29%-47.46%with the dilution of 450-1 050 times seaweed fertilizer.Principal component analysis was used to comprehen-sively evaluate the improvement effect of seaweed fertilizer on loquat fruit quality.Four principal compo-nents with eigenvalues greater than 1 were extracted,and the cumulative contribution rate reached 80.954%,which were mainly summarized into three aspects:fruit shape and size,color and flavor.According to the comprehensive scores,the effectiveness of seaweed fertilizer on improving loquat fruit quality was ranked as follows:was ranked as follows:650 times seaweed fertilizer dilution>850 times seaweed fertilizer dilution>450 times seaweed fertilizer dilution>1 050 times seaweed fertilizer dilution>control.[Conclusion]Seaweed fertilizer dilution of 450-1 050 times can improve the appear-ance quality of loquat fruit,enhance the flavor quality,and increase the nutrient content,among which the effect of seaweed fertilizer dilution of 650 times is the best,followed by seaweed fertilizer dilutions of 450 times and 850 times.
