摘要

[目的]了解四川地区小麦品种(系)的矮秆基因分布情况,以及不同矮秆基因聚合对小麦株高、穗长和节间长度的影响.[方法]以211份小麦品种(系)为材料,于2022-2023年和2023-2024年在田间调查株高、穗长和节间长度,并利用分子标记检测了矮秆基因Rht-B1b、Rht-D1b、Rht5、Rht8、Rht9、Rht10、Rht12和Rht13.[结果]在211份材料中携带 Rht-B1b、Rht-D1b、Rht5、Rht8、Rht9、Rht12 和 Rht13 的材料分布频率分别为 81.0%、95.7%、28.4%、51.2%、29.4%、19.9%和8.1%,所有材料均未检测到Rht10,共得到43个不同基因的组合.矮秆基因降秆效应为Rht9>Rht5>Rht12>Rht8>Rht13,推广品种和后备品系的株高矮化效应为9.8%和9.3%,两者均为第4节(基部第2节)节间矮化效应值最大,分别为22.27%和25.91%.[结论]四川地区小麦中矮秆基因应用最广泛的是Rht-B1b、Rht-D1b和Rht8,另外,Rht5、Rht9和Rht12的应用正在提高.

Abstract

[Objective]This study investigates the distribution of dwarf genes in wheat varieties(lines)in Sichuan,and assesses the effects of dwarf genes aggregation on plant height,spike length and inter-node length in wheat.[Method]The plant height,spike length and internode length of 211 wheat variet-ies(lines)were measured during the 2022-2023 and 2023-2024 growing seasons.Dwarf genes Rht-B1b,Rht-D1b,Rht5,Rht8,Rht9,Rht10,Rht12,and Rht13 were identified using molecular markers.[Result]The distribution frequencies of Rht-B1b,Rht-D1b,Rht5,Rht8,Rht9,Rht12,and Rht13 among the 211 materials were 81.0%,95.7%,28.4%,51.2%,29.4%,19.9%,and 8.1%,respectively.Rht10 was not detected in any of the materials.A total of 43 different gene combinations were identified.The ranking of culm reduction effects of the dwarf genes was Rht9>Rht5>Rht12>Rht8>Rht13.The height dwarfization effect of promoted varieties and reserve lines was 9.8%and 9.3%,respectively.The inter-node dwarfization effect value of section 4(base section 2)was 22.27%and 25.91%,respectively.[Con-clusion]The most widely used dwarf genes in wheat in the Sichuan area are Rht-B1b,Rht-D1b and Rht8,and the applications of Rht5,Rht9 and Rht12 are increasing.
