Expression Characterization Analysis of piRNA and Associated Genes during Testicular Development
[Objective]The purpose of this study was to investigate the expression patterns of piRNA and its related genes in the testes of ICR mice at different developmental time points, providing a theoretical basis for studying the regulatory mechanisms of piRNA in testicular development and sperm generation.[Method]Employing techniques such as HE staining and qRT-PCR,the phenotypic differences in tes-ticular tissues of mice at different developmental ages and the expression levels of piRNA and piRNA production-related genes, were analyzed. At the same time, the dynamic changes and correlation analy-sis of regulatory factors related to piRNA during testicular development were investigated.[Result]The results demonstrate that the expression level of piRNA in murine testicular tissues exhibits significant temporal changes, gradually increasing with age, indicating an important regulatory role of piRNA in mu-rine testicular development.Further analysis revealed significant differences in the expression levels of some genes related to piRNA at different developmental stages, suggesting that these genes may potential involve in the regulatory network of murine testicular development and sperm generation.[Conclusion]In summary, this study comprehensively elucidates the expression patterns of piRNA in murine testes and its potential regulatory mechanisms, providing a new theoretical foundation for understanding the mo-lecular regulation of testicular development and sperm generation processes.
