浙江省非物质文化遗产代表性项目桐庐十六回切家宴,作为桐庐地区一种独特的饮食活动,在融合中国传统文化与地域文化的基础上,生动展现了该地区的民俗特征.通过对家宴的历史起源、传承发展与文化内涵等方面进行分析,为桐庐十六回切家宴的传承与发展、现代产业价值的挖掘提供理论支撑,丰富了浙江省饮食文化研究的理论体系,也为桐庐地区的饮食与文旅产业发展提供理论参考和借鉴.
The Connotation Interpretation and Inheritance Innovation of the Sixteen-Course Tonglu Family Banquet
Tonglu 16-course banquet,an integration of traditional Chinese culture and regional culture,is a representative intangible cultural heritage project in Zhejiang Province.This unique dining activity in Tonglu area shows vividly the folk characteristics of the region.Through the analysis of the historical origin,develop-ment,and cultural connotation of the banquet,this paper provides theoretical support for the inheritance and development of Tonglu 16-course banquet,and the excavation of modern industrial value,enriches the theoreti-cal system of Zhejiang catering culture research,and also provides theoretical reference for the development of catering and cultural tourism industry in Tonglu area.
