Management and Optimization of Human Resources Compensation System in the Service Industry—Taking the Food Service Industry as an Example
This paper takes the catering industry,which is currently undergoing rapid development,as its re-search object.It takes the problems of payroll management in the catering industry as its research background.It analyses and offers rationalization suggestions for the three main problems in payroll management,according to the main characteristics of payroll in the service industry.Specifically,the issues of disparate pay for compa-rable roles,low employee satisfaction with payroll,and the lack of a performance-based approach to payroll management are addressed.And recommendations are provided to better the situation.
