On the Digital Transformation of Undergraduate Teaching in Hospitality Management
To adapt to the digital development of the hotel industry,the digital transformation of the undergrad-uate teaching in hospitality management must be synchronized with this trend.Based on the changes in the training standards of higher education professionals in the digital era,this paper analyzes the current situation of digital development of undergraduate teaching in hospitality management,and finds that there are problems such as outdated teaching models,outdated teaching elements,rigid teaching processes,and a lack of coherence between industry,academic,and research practices.In the future,to cultivate composite talents with digital lit-eracy,professional literacy,and humanistic literacy,and comprehensively improve the quality of education in hospitality management,efforts need to be made to promote the digital transformation of teaching modes,the digital reconstruction of teaching elements,the digital transformation of teaching processes,and the digital ori-entation of teaching extensions.
