On the Logic and Pathway of Innovative Cultivation of Digital Cultural Tourism Talents in Universities from the Perspective of New Quality Productive Forces in Cultural Tourism
Developing new quality productive forces in cultural tourism is an inherent requirement and signifi-cant focus for promoting high-quality development in the cultural tourism industry.It plays a central role in ac-celerating the construction of a strong tourism nation and advancing the high-quality development of the tourism industry,thereby posing new demands on higher education in tourism.Under the requirements of the new pro-ductive forces in cultural tourism sectors,universities face challenges in their educational philosophies,models,and practices related to digital cultural tourism talent cultivation.Therefore,this paper,after a thorough under-standing of the connotations and characteristics of new quality productive forces and new quality productive forces in cultural tourism,proposes the basic logic and requirements for cultivating digital cultural tourism tal-ents in higher education institutions from the perspective of new quality productive forces in cultural tourism.It outlines the scientific connotations and innovative approaches for such talent cultivation and suggests effective pathways,including establishing a three-dimensional educational system,constructing diversified training mod-els,and forming comprehensive cooperation mechanisms,to empower universities in fostering innovative digital cultural tourism talents.
