Analysis of Influence of Shield Tunnel Alignment on Deformation of High Pressure Pipeline
The construction of a shield tunnel inevitably causes disturbance of surrounding rock and soil, which in turn affect the deformation and settlement of underground pipelines. The greater pressure inside the pipeline is,the more stringent deformation control of the pipeline becomes.Relying on the nitrogen-oxygen pipeline project accompanied by a tunnel in an interval, numerical simulation and field monitoring are used to analyze the impact of shield tunneling on the settlement of high-pressure pipelines accompanying. The results show that the maximum settlement value of 3.96 mm for pipeline containing high pressure is 4%more than that of 3.83 mm for the unpressurised pipeline, which is within the safe range of 20 mm and will not cause pipeline rupture. The distance between the pipeline and the centerline of the shield is an important factor affecting the deformation and settlement. Therefore, special attention should be paid to the settlement and deformation of high-pressure pipelines during shield excavation, especially to the high-pressure pipelines close to the centerline of the shield.
