Research on the Preparation and Adsorption Performances of Dual-amide-type Adsorption Materials
Pb2+as one of the most carcinogenic heavy metals,is a kind of pollutant with great harm to human body, and it has become a focus and hotspot to remove heavy metal ions(Pb2+)from water.Melamine is an important nitrogen-containing heterocycle organic chemical material, whose reactivity is low due to the conjugated high chemical stability aromatic structure of hexagonal nitrogen heterocycles, which is hard to be chemically modified. In order to widen the applications of melamine, melamine based dual-amide-type adsorption materials are prepared using melamine, trimesoyl chloride or terephthaloyl chloride, and zinc nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials, whose structure is characterized and adsorption performances for Pb2+is learned. The experimental results show that the maximum adsorption capacity of the melamine based dual-amide-type adsorption materials such as M3C can reach as high as 756 mg/g at 25℃when the pH is 5.The kinetics of M2C adsorption for Pb2+is found to be best-fit pseudo-second order equations.Langmuir isotherms equilibrium indicates that the adsorption performances of M3C surpasses M2C.
