频谱资源因通信业务的增长而日趋紧张,随着无线电信号调制格式识别方法的不断进步,频谱利用率得到了提高.本文首先介绍了无线电信号调制识别的基础理论;然后重点探讨了深度学习在无线电信号调制识别领域中的应用,并对比了基于统计特征和深度学习的调制识别算法性能;最后,讨论了未来信号识别领域的挑战和潜在发展方向.本文对推动通信领域的频谱资源高效利用以及提升信号调制识别技术的实际应用具有重要的指导意义.
Research Progress on Modulation Identification of Radio Signals
Spectrum resources are becoming increasingly limited as a result of the growth in communication services.With continuous advancements in radio signal modulation format identification methods,improvements in spectrum utilization have been achieved.The basic theory of radio signal modulation identification is introduced first.Then,the application of deep learning in the field of radio signal modulation identification is focused on,and a comparison is made between the performance of modulation identification algorithms based on statistical features and deep learning.Finally,future challenges in signal recognition and potential directions for development in the field are discussed.Significant guidance is provided by this article for promoting the efficient utilization of spectrum resources within the communication field and enhancing the practical application of signal modulation identification technology.
