How to Achieve Smart Governance in Large Urban Communities
With the acceleration of the urbanization,the smart governance of urban communities has become the in-evitable way of social governance.How to achieve the smart community governance of co-construction,co-govern-ance and sharing is thought-provoking.Taking the four dimensions of data,information,knowledge and wisdom in DIKW model as the research perspective and analysis framework,and the smart construction of a large Q community in Guiyang as the research object,the authors explore the new connotation of wisdom,efficiency and sharing of com-munity governance,and find that China's smart community is presently faced with the four development difficulties of data management,technology application,information coordination and system guarantee,which make the smart community a"virtual beauty".To this end,it is necessary to strengthen the digital foundation of smart communities,promote comprehensive information services of smart communities,carry out knowledge-based application demon-stration of smart communities,improve the system design of smart community governance effectiveness,and make full use of the value of collaborative action of smart communities to optimize the smart construction of large urban communities and consolidate the foundation of grassroots social governance.
