The Construction,Deconstruction and Reconstruction of Excellent Teacher Training Model of Integration of Undergraduate-Postgraduate Education in China
The exploration of excellent teacher training model of integration of undergraduate-postgraduate education in China for more than 20 years has gone through the two stages of"autonomous exploration period"and"excel-lence program period".The existing models can be roughly divided into four types:"separation of two disciplines for collecting between the undergraduate-postgraduate education","undergraduate integration of two disciplines+master of education","three-stage form of practice embedding"and"composite integration of undergraduate-post-graduate education with high-quality".These models have positive significance for promoting teacher training at the graduate level and promoting the reform of teacher education model.However,there are still many problems worthy of reflection in terms of goal orientation,models of integration of undergraduate-postgraduate education,curriculum system construction,training system,integration of"the pedagogical"and"the academic".In the future exploration of"integration of undergraduate-postgraduate education",it is necessary to further clarify the training objectives,op-timize the models of integration of undergraduate-postgraduate education,strengthen the cohesion and integration of undergraduate and postgraduate courses,innovate the training system,and promote the deep integration of"the ped-agogical"and"the academic".
