Research on the Connotation,Characteristics and Stimulating Path of the Driving Force of College Counselors' Professional Development
The quality of counselor's professional development is related to the achievement of the fundamental task and goal of strengthening moral education and cultivating people in colleges and universities,the realization of the value of college students'all-round growth and becoming useful persons,and the construction plan of high quality and sustainable development of counselor team.Focusing on the driving force of the professional development of col-lege counselors is the return of the subjective care,the deep exploration of the internal power source,and the inter-nal requirement of driving counselors to obtain independent,lasting and real professional development.College counselors'driving force of professional development has the characteristics of stage difference,value leading,feel-ings driving and environment motivating.By focusing on the main responsibility of counselors,we can enhance their professional subject consciousness.Optimize the career development system can enhance the professional identity of counselors.To establish the development evaluation mechanism can strengthen the professional affiliation of counsel-ors.Building a professional development ecosystem is likely to meet the growth needs of counselors.
