In the process of building a beautiful China,the tension between the scarcity and limitation of environmental political resources and the multitude of complex issues in environmental governance urgently necessitates adjustment and equilibrium from the perspective of environmental political re-source allocation.This assists the government in utilizing its finite political resources to achieve com-plex and diverse environmental governance objectives.The rational allocation of environmental politi-cal resources in the process of building a beautiful China serves as an explicit indicator for evaluating environmental governance performance.This allocation requires the consideration of factors such as the political costs of environmental issues,environmental awareness,and political attention to envi-ronmental concerns.It involves clarifying the allocation actors,allocation targets,and allocation processes.In specific resource allocation,institutional resources and organizational resources are the focal points for advancing the allocation of environmental political resources under the leadership of the Communist Party of China.We should take social perceptual resources and mass behavioral re-sources as the rallying point to promote a people-centered environmental political resource alloca-tion.At the same time,we should situate the allocation process in the construction of Chinese modern ecological civilization,with a focus on the formation of an environmental governance ecosystem guided by values of fairness and justice,aiming to enhance public trust and recognition of environ-mental governance
