The Theoretical Origin,Internal Logic and Practical Path of Rural Public Reconstruction Led by the Party Construction
With the advancement of urbanization and marketization,as the end of national govern-ance,villages increasingly show the characteristics of public disintegration such as interest differenti-ation,multiple rules and loss of value,which is not only related to the impact of the development of modern society on rural areas,but also involves the withdrawal and re-embedding of state power in rural society.As an autonomous space at the grass-roots level,rural society is an important field of social governance in China,and the Communist Party of China plays a leading role in this area.The reconstruction of rural publicity led by Party construction meets the requirements of the core frame-work of national governance in China.Meanwhile it also meets the actual needs and the practical needs of rural areas.Therefore,it is particularly important to clarify the theoretical origin of rural publicity and the internal logic of reconstruction led by the Party building.Starting from the five spe-cific dimensions of public communication,public service,public space,public rules and public spir-it,the guidance of the Party building can give full play to the political and institutional advantages of the guidance of grassroots Party building,provide an operable practice path and promote the organi-zation and re-integration of rural society,so as to rebuild rural publicity and help rural governance to be effective.
