Application of perioperative comfort monitoring and intelligent pain management in elderly patients undergoing total hysterectomy
Objective:To investigate the application effect of perioperative comfort monitoring and intelligent pain management in elderly patients undergoing total hysterectomy. Methods:From August 2020 to August 2022,82 elderly patients undergoing laparoscopic total hysterectomy admitted to the Fifth Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 41 cases in each group. Both groups of patients were treated with routine analgesia management. The patients in the control group received perioperative comfort monitoring on the basis of routine care. The patients in the observation group combined intelligent pain management on the basis of the control group, and both were intervened for 7 days. The postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, hospitalization time, comfort and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were observed and compared. The visual analogue scale(VAS)was used to evaluate the pain of the two groups on the day after operation,3 days after intervention and 7 days after intervention. Results:There was no significant difference between the two groups in terms of postoperative exhaust time, defecation time, hospitalization time and VAS score on the day after operation(P>0.05).The scores of general comfort questionnaire(GCQ and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 3 days and 7 days of intervention(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined application of perioperative comfort monitoring and intelligent pain management can effectively improve the comfort and satisfaction of elderly patients with total hysterectomy, and reduce pain.
