Observation of the effect of exercise exercise on patients with ankylosing spondylitis based on interactive mode
Objective:To explore the effect of interactive exercise on patients with ankylosing spondylitis, that is,to observe the effects on spinal functional status, inflammatory markers, levels of T helper cells-17(Th17)and T regulatory cell(Treg). Methods:A total of 106 patients with ankylosing spondylitis in our department from July 2020 to February 2022 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to lottery method.Among them 53 patients in the control group were given comprehensive nursing and exercise intervention, and 53 patients in the observation group were given exercise based on interactive mode. After 3 months of intervention, the spinal function status of patients in the two groups was compared:Bath ankylosing spondylitis disease activity index(BASDAI),Bath ankylosing spondylitis functional index(BASFI)to evaluate spinal function;Transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)and Tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)were used to detect inflammatory indicators. The emulsion immunoturbidimetry was used to detect C-reactive protein(CRP)and the Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)level was detected by Weil's method.Automatic flow cytometry was used to detect the level of immune indicators such as Th17 and Treg. Results:Before intervention, there was no statistical significance in two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,Treg level of observation group was higher than control group,CRP,TNF-α,TGF-β,ESR,Th17 level,BASDAI and BASFI score were lower than control group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Exercise based on interactive nursing mode in patients with ankylosing spondylitis intervention, can effectively reduce the body inflammatory response, improve the immune ability, promote the recovery of spinal function.
