Analysis of the influence of rapid rehabilitation surgery-cluster nursing intervention strategy on patients with liver cancer
Objective:To explore the effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery-cluster nursing intervention strategy on patients with liver cancer.Methods:108 patients with liver cancer admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study objects, all of whom underwent hepatocellular carcinoma resection. The patients were divided into control group and study group by digital table method, with 54 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing; The study group was based on the control group plus rapid rehabilitation surgery-cluster nursing intervention strategy. The complication rate, rehabilitation status and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared during admission. The pain degree and sleep quality were assessed by visual analog scale and Pittsburgh Sleep quality Scale 1 day before surgery and 1 day before discharge by questionnaire. Results:The duration of hospitalization and postoperative getting out of bed,the incidence of complications in the study group were less than those in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of pain and sleep in two groups were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of rapid rehabilitation surgery-cluster nursing intervention strategy in patients with liver cancer can promote postoperative rehabilitation, reduce the incidence of complications, improve sleep quality and nursing satisfaction.
