Effects of Yurekline on cerebral blood flow, serum Hcy,CRP,glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with cerebral infarction
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ureicrin on cerebral blood flow, serum homocysteine(Hcy),C-reactive protein(CRP)and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as research objects, and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional methods, and the observation group was treated with Ureicline intravenous injection. The treatment status, cerebral blood flow, serum Hcy,CRP,glucose and lipid metabolism levels of all patients were observed and evaluated. Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 82.50%higher than that of control group 62.50%(P<0.05).After treatment, stroke scale(NIHSS)decreased(P<0.05),ADL score increased(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the peripheral resistance was decreased(P<0.05),and the mean blood flow velocity and mean blood flow were increased(P<0.05).After treatment, the peripheral resistance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average blood flow velocity and average blood flow were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of serum Hcy,CRP,triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment, the levels of Hcy and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yurekline on cerebral blood flow, serum Hcy and CRP is more significant than that of conventional therapy, and it has no effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.
