目的:探究尤瑞克林对脑梗死患者脑血流及血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、糖脂代谢水平的影响.方法:选取 2020 年 4 月至 2023 年 4 月某院收治的 80 例脑梗死患者作为研究对象,根据随机分组将患者分为对照组和观察组,各40例.其中对照组采常规方法进行治疗,观察组行尤瑞克林静注治疗,观察并评估所有患者治疗情况、脑血流、血清Hcy、CRP、糖脂代谢水平情况.结果:观察组总有效率82.50%高于对照组的总有效率 62.50%(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者卒中量表(NIHSS)降低(P<0.05),日常生活能力量表(ADL)评分升高(P<0.05);且观察组整个疗程后NIHSS评分低于对照组(P<0.05),ADL评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者外周阻力均降低(P<0.05),平均血流速度、平均血流量均升高(P<0.05);观察组治疗后外周阻力低于对照组(P<0.05),平均血流速度、平均血流量高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组患者血清Hcy、CRP、甘油三酯(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)水平均降低(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Hcy、CRP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后两组患者 TC、TG、LDL-C 水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:尤瑞克林对于脑血流、血清Hcy、CRP等情况改善效果较常规疗法更显著,对糖脂代谢无影响.
Effects of Yurekline on cerebral blood flow,serum Hcy,CRP,glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with cerebral infarction
Objective:To investigate the effects of Ureicrin on cerebral blood flow,serum homocysteine(Hcy),C-reactive protein(CRP)and glucose and lipid metabolism in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:A total of 80 patients with cerebral infarction admitted to a hospital from April 2020 to April 2023 were selected as research objects,and the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the observation group was treated with Ureicline intravenous injection.The treatment status,cerebral blood flow,serum Hcy,CRP,glucose and lipid metabolism levels of all patients were observed and evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of observation group was 82.50%higher than that of control group 62.50%(P<0.05).After treatment,stroke scale(NIHSS)decreased(P<0.05),ADL score increased(P<0.05);The NIHSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the ADL score was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the peripheral resistance was decreased(P<0.05),and the mean blood flow velocity and mean blood flow were increased(P<0.05).After treatment,the peripheral resistance of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the average blood flow velocity and average blood flow were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum Hcy,CRP,triglyceride(TG),serum total cholesterol(TC)and low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)in 2 groups were decreased(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hcy and CRP in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),and there was no statistical significance in the levels of TC,TG and LDL-C between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Yurekline on cerebral blood flow,serum Hcy and CRP is more significant than that of conventional therapy,and it has no effect on glucose and lipid metabolism.
