Value of nutritional support based on acute gastrointestinal injury classification in improving nutritional status and restoring liver function in elderly patients after hepatocellular carcinoma resection
Objective:To explore the effects of nutrition support based on acute gastrointestinal injury classification on nutritional status and liver function recovery in elderly patients after hepatocellular carcinoma resection. Methods:A total of 105 elderly patients with hepatocellular carcinoma resection in our hospital from December 2020 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects, and divided into two groups by random number table methods.Fifty-two patients in the control group were given conventional dietary support, and 53 patients in the observation group were given nutritional support based on the classification of acute gastrointestinal injury. One month later, the recovery of gastrointestinal function, nutritional status and liver function between the two groups were compared. Results:The intestinal sound recovery time, feeding time, first exhaust time and first defecation time in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin, albumin, transferrin, prealbumin and red blood cell in observation group were higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The levels of aspartate aminotransferase, alanine aminotransferase, indirect bilirubin and direct bilirubin in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nutrition support based on acute gastrointestinal injury classification can effectively improve the gastrointestinal function and nutritional status of patients after hepatocellular carcinoma resection, and promote the recovery of postoperative liver function.
