Clinical effects of estradiol valerate combined with Lacidophilin vaginal capsules in senile vaginitis and its effects on the positive rate of lactic acid bacteria and life quality
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of estradiol valerate combined with Lacidophilin vaginal capsules in the treatment of senile vaginitis,and analyze the effects on the positive rate of lactic acid bacteria and the life quality of patients.Methods:From May 2019 to March 2022,92 patients with senile vaginitis admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into single group and combined group randomly,with 46 cases in each group.The single group was treated with Lacidophilin vaginal capsules,and the combination group was treated with Lacidophilin vaginal capsules + estradiol valerate.The clinical effect,the positive rate of lactic acid bacteria before and after treatment,the levels of interleukin-8(IL-8),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in vaginal secretions,life quality score were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the clinical effects and positive rate of lactic acid bacteria in the combined group were higher than those in the single group;the levels of IL-8,IL-6,and TNF-α in vaginal secretions in the combination group were lower than those in the single group;the life quality scores in the combined group were increased compared with those in the single group(all P>0.05).Conclusion:Adding estradiol valerate on the basis of Lacidophilin vaginal capsules to the treatment of senile vaginitis can improve the clinical effect,increase the positive rate of lactic acid bacteria,reduce the inflammatory response,and improve the life quality,worthy of clinical application.
