Curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on coronary heart disease
Objective:To study the curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill on angina pectoris in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:A total of 88 patients with angina pectoris of coronary heart disease admitted to the hospital were enrolled as the research objects between March 2020 and March 2022.They were randomly divided into observation group(n=45)and control group(n=43).The control group was treated with trimetazidine,while observation group was additionally treated with Shexiang Baoxin Pills.After 3 months of treatment,clinical curative effect was compared between the two groups.The cardiac function indexes(left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end-diastolic dimension(LVEDD),left ventricular end-systolic dimension(LVESD))were detected by color Doppler ultrasound detector before and after treatment.The levels of vascular endothelial function indexes(endothelin-1(ET-1),nitrogen oxide(NO))and inflammatory factors(interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),high sensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP))were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay before and after treatment.The adverse reactions during treatment were observed.Results:The response rate of treatment in observation group was higher than that in control group(93.33%vs 74.42%,P<0.05).After treatment,LVEF in observation group was higher than that in control group,while LVEDD and LVESD were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).ET-1 in observation group was lower than that in control group,while NO was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The levels of IL-6,TNF-α and hs-CRP in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Curative effect of Shexiang Baoxin Pill is significant on angina pectoris of coronary heart disease,which can significantly improve cardiac function and vascular endothelial function,and relieve inflammatory response,and less adverse reactions.
