Application of CT combined with DR In the clinical diagnosis of primary lung cancer
Objective:To investigate the clinical diagnosis of primary lung cancer with Computed Tomography(CT)combined with Digital Radiography(DR).Methods:A total of 112 patients with suspected primary lung cancer admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects. All patients were examined by CT,DR And surgical pathology.Using pathological examination as the gold standard, the imaging features of CT and DR In primary lung cancer were analyzed, and the efficacy of CT and DR Alone and combined in the diagnosis of primary lung cancer was compared. Results:The pathological results showed that 96 of the 112 patients were diagnosed as primary lung cancer(85.71%).In all confirmed patients with primary lung cancer, the detection rates of mass, burr, pleural effusion,thick-walled cavity, vascular accumulation and lobed sign were significantly higher on CT than DR(P<0.05).The positive case predictive value of CT combined with DR In the diagnosis of primary lung cancer was higher than that of CT combined with DR Alone(P<0.05).The sensitivity and accuracy of CT combined with DR In the diagnosis of primary lung cancer were significantly higher than that of CT or DR Alone(P<0.05),and the specificity of CT combined with DR Was significantly higher than that of DR(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT combined with DR Can improve the sensitivity and accuracy of the early diagnosis of primary tumors, make the imaging features more clear and intuitive, and provide evidence for the early diagnosis of lung cancer patients.
