Application of Wenyang Yixin formula in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure
Objective:To investigate the effect of Wenyang Yixin formula in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure.Methods:80 patients with chronic heart failure admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with Wenyang Yixin prescription on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated continuously for 1 month.Traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,cardiac function index[Left Ventricular End Diastolic Diameter(LVEDD)],Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction(Left Ventricular Ejection Fraction,LVEDD)of the two groups were analyzed and compared.LVEF,Left Ventricular End-systolic Volume(LVESV),and adverse reactions.Results:Before treatment,there was no statistical difference between the two groups.After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of both groups was significantly decreased,and the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD and LVESV levels in both groups were significantly decreased,while LVEF levels were significantly increased.LVEDD and LVESV levels in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and LVEF levels were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).During treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Wenyang Yixin formula in the treatment of heart-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome of chronic heart failure can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the heart function of patients and reduce adverse reactions.
