Root microorganisms participate in soil ecological function, environmental function and plant immune function, which is the core and key to maintain plant health.Understanding the regulatory mechanisms of different microorganisms is essential for the effective use of microorganisms to maintain healthy crop growth.Plant roots, soil and microorganisms constitute a dynamic and stable ecosystem, which influence and restrict each other.Plant roots select and enrich preferred microorganisms through secretions, and in turn, soil microorganisms also play an important role in plant growth and development. For example,a series of diversity characteristics of microorganisms such as drought resistance, phosphorus solution, and enhancement of plant resistance to pathogens are used to promote plant growth and development. In this paper, the effects of microorganisms on the growth and development of Konjac were reviewed, which provided important theoretical basis for crop design and breeding.
