目的:对比盐酸多奈哌齐、盐酸美金刚治疗帕金森所致痴呆患者的临床疗效.方法:选取本院收治的 2019年 8 月至2022年 9月PDD患者 93 例,采用随机数字表法将患者分为对照组(n=46)和观察组(n=47),分别采用盐酸多奈哌齐和盐酸美金刚治疗.于治疗前和治疗后 1 m、2 m、3 m采用日常生活能力量表(Activity of Daily Living Scale,ADL)测定日常生活能力,采用蒙特利尔认知评估表(Montreal Cognitive Assessment,MoCA)测定认知能力,同时比较两组的不良反应发生情况.结果:治疗前,两组的ADL评分无显著差异(P＞0.05).治疗1 m、2 m、3 m后,两组的ADL评分均比治疗前显著上升,且观察组的ADL评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗前两组患者MoCA评分无显著差异(P＞0.05),治疗后均显著上升,且观察组的MoCA评分均显著高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:与盐酸多奈哌齐治疗相比,盐酸美金刚治疗能更好的改善患者的日常生活能力和认知能力,且安全性更高.
Analysis of therapeutic effect of Donepezil hydrochloride and Memantine hydrochloride on dementia caused by Parkinson's disease
Objective:To compare the clinical efficacy of Donepezil hydrochloride and memantine hydrochloride in the treatment of dementia caused by Parkinson's disease.Methods:93 patients with PDD admitted to our hospital from August 2019 to September 2022 were selected and divided into control group(n=46)and observation group(n=47)by random number table method,and were treated with Donepezil hydrochloride and memantine hydrochloride,respectively.The Activity of Daily Living Scale(ADL)was used to measure the ability of daily living before treatment and at 1 month,2 month and 3 month after treatment.The Montreal Cognitive Assessment(MoCA)was used to assess the acognitive ability,and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:Before treatment,there was no significant difference in ADL scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment for 1,2 and 3 m,the ADL scores of both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the ADL scores of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in MoCA scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the MoCA scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with Donepezil hydrochloride,memantine hydrochloride treatment can better improve patients'daily living ability and cognitive ability,and has higher safety.
