Diagnostic value of NEU%,CRP and IL-6 levels in leukemia complicated with pulmonary infection
Objective:To investigate the diagnostic value of combined Percentage of neutrophils(NEU%),C-reactive protein(CRP)and Interleukin-6(IL-6)in leukemia complicated with pulmonary infection.Methods:81 patients with leukemia admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to January 2023 were selected as the study objects.According to the infection criteria, the patients were divided into uninfected group(36 cases)and infected group(45 cases).According to the degree of infection, patients in the infected group were further divided into mild infection group(32 cases)and severe infection group(13 cases). The levels of NEU%,CRP and IL-6 in peripheral blood of uninfected and infected groups were compared. The levels of NEU%,CRP and IL-6 in peripheral blood were compared between the mild infection group and the severe infection group. Objective To explore the diagnostic efficacy of NEU%,CRP and IL-6 alone and combined detection in leukemia co-infection.Results:The levels of NEU%,CRP and IL-6 in peripheral blood of the two groups were compared, and the three indexes in the infected group were higher than those in the uninfected group(P<0.05).The levels of NEU%,CPR and IL-6 in mild infection group were lower than those in severe infection group(P<0.05).The specificity of NEU%was 50.31%,the sensitivity 80.20%,and the accuracy 69.83%;the specificity of CRP was 50.00%,the sensitivity 88.37%,and the accuracy 75.69%;the specificity of IL-6 was 40.36%,the sensitivity 92.32%,and the accuracy 72.32%.The combined specificity, sensitivity and accuracy were 67.32%,96.51%and 86.62%(P<0.05).Conclusion:The levels of NEU%,CRP and IL-6 in leukemia combined with lung infection are significantly increased, and the combined levels of the three are valuable in the diagnosis of leukemia combined with lung infection.
