Effects of urinary kallidinogenase on nerve function, cerebral circulation hemodynamics, and vascular endothelial function in patients with Vertebrobasilar system cerebral infarction
Objective:To analyze the effects of urinary kallidinogenase therapy on nerve function, cerebral circulation hemodynamics, and vascular endothelial function in patients with vertebrobasilar system cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 108 patients with cerebral infarction of the vertebrobasilar system admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the control group and the combination group by random number table method(n=54).The control group was given an intravenous infusion of papaverine hydrochloride 30 mg bid,and the combination group was given an intravenous infusion of urinary kallidinogenase 0.15 PNA unit qd.After 2 weeks of treatment, the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)score, advanced central injury severity, and nerve function were measured by the MESSS score.Blood flow(Q),blood flow velocity(V),and peripheral vascular resistance(R)in the brain were measured by the color ultrasonic diagnostic system, and the levels of vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VE-cadherin),monocyte chemokine 1(MCP-1),and matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9)were measured by enzyme-linked immunoadsorption assay. Also, adverse reactions were recorded. Results:NIHSS score and MESSS score of the combination group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Middle cerebral artery Q and V in the combination group were higher than those in the control group, while R was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of VEGF in the combination group were higher than those in the control group, and the levels of VE-cadherin,MCP-1,and MMP-9 were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Urinary kallidinogenase can effectively improve nerve function and vascular endothelial function of cerebral blood circulation in patients with vertebrobasilar artery system infarction, with high safety.
