Application of kangaroo nursing combined with passive rehabilitation training in neonatal hypoxic ischemic encephalopathy
Objective:To explore the effect of Kangaroo mother care(KMC)combined with passive rehabilitation training on neonatal Hypoxie-ischemic encephalopathy(HIE).Methods:80 patients with HIE who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study objects. They were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group received conventional nursing combined with passive rehabilitation training, and the observation group received KMC combined with passive rehabilitation training. The neurobehavior, incidence of neurological sequelae and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed and compared. Results:The Neonatal Behavioral Assessment Scale(NBNA)scores of both groups were higher after nursing than before. The observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of neurological sequelae in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in observation group was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:KMC combined with passive rehabilitation training can improve the neurobehavior of HIE children, reduce the incidence of neurological sequelae, and increase the satisfaction of parents.
