目的:分析乌司他丁联合机械通气治疗急性胰腺炎并急性呼吸窘迫综合征(Acute respiratory distress syndrome,ARDS)的临床疗效.方法:回顾性分析 2020年 3 月至 2022年 6 月我院收治的88 例急性胰腺炎并ARDS患者的临床资料.根据治疗方案的不同分为对照组(采取机械通气治疗,42 例)与实验组(采取乌司他丁联合机械通气治疗,46 例),分析对比两组临床疗效、血气分析指标与不良反应发生率.结果:实验组总有效率(93.18%)明显高于对照组(79.54%)(P＜0.05).实验组治疗后 1 d动脉血氧分压(Pressure of Oxygen,PaO2)与氧和指数高于对照组(P＜0.05),而动脉血二氧化碳分压(Pressure of Carbon dioxide,PaCO2)显著低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组患者不良反应发生率,无显著差异(P＞0.05).结论:乌司他丁联合机械通气在治疗急性胰腺炎并ARDS有较好的临床疗效,可改善患者动脉血气分析,安全性高.
Effect of ulinastatin combined with mechanical ventilation on acute pancreatitis with ARDS
Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of ulinastatin combined with mechanical ventilation in the treatment of Acute pancreatitis and Acute respiratory distress syndrome(ARDS).Methods:The clinical data of 88 patients with acute pancreatitis and ARDS admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to June 2022 were retrospectively analyzed.According to the different treatment plans,they were divided into the control group(mechanical ventilation treatment,42 cases)and the experimental group(ulinastatin combined mechanical ventilation treatment,46 cases).The clinical efficacy,blood gas analysis index and incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group(93.18%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(79.54%)(P<0.05).The blood Pressure of Oxygen(PaO2)and oxygen index of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the blood Pressure of Carbon dioxide(PaCO2)was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Ulinastatin combined with mechanical ventilation has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute pancreatitis and ARDS,and can improve arterial blood gas analysis of patients with high safety.
