Effects of Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with Triamcinolone nasal spray on clinical efficacy,serum cAMP and cGMP levels in patients with allergic rhinitis
Objective:To study the clinical efficacy of Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with triamcinolone nasal spray on allergic rhinitis(AR)and cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP)and cyclic guanosine monophosphate(cGMP)levels in serum.Methods:One hundred and thirty AR patients admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to November 2022 were divided into a control group and a combination group with 65 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with triamcinolone nasal spray,and the combination group was treated with fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with triamcinolone nasal spray.After 4 weeks of treatment,the clinical efficacy and clinical symptom scores(sneeze,runny nose,nasal itch,and nasal congestion)were compared,and a saccharin clearance test was used to detect the levels of mucociliary transport time(MTT)and nasal ciliary vaccine(MCV).Nasal resistance(NR)was used to detect nasal resistance.The levels of Interleukin-5(IL-5)and Interleukin-10(IL-10)were detected by radioimmunoassay,and the levels of serum cAMP and cGMP were detected by chemiluminescence.Meanwhile,the incidence of adverse reactions was observed.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the combination group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,sneezing,runny nose,nasal itching,nasal congestion,and total score of clinical symptoms,NR,MTT,IL-5,and cGMP in the combination group were lower than those in the control group,while MCV,IL-10,and cAMP were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fexofenadine hydrochloride tablets combined with triamcinolone nasal spray have significant effects in the treatment of AR,which can improve the physiological function of the nasal cavity,reduce the inflammatory response of the body,and do not increase adverse reactions.
