Clinical effect of low dose urokinase assisted alteplase on postpartum patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities
Objective:To study the clinical effect of low dose urokinase assisted alteplase on postpartum patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower extremities.Methods:Eighty patients with postpartum deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs hospitalized in our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects.Randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases each.The control group was treated with intravenous pump of alteplase,and the study group was treated with small dose of urokinase based on the treatment of the control group.The treatment cycle was 1 week.After 1 week of treatment,the therapeutic effect was evaluated according to clinical manifestations and signs,the dissolution rate of thrombus,and the circumference of healthy and affected limbs.Clinical symptoms,hemorheology indexes,inflammatory factors,and cell adhesion factors were observed before and after 1 week of treatment in the two groups,and the occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistical significance in ulcer area,limb circumference,hemorheology indexes,inflammatory factors,and cell adhesion factors between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of ulcer area,limb circumference,pigmentation score,hemorheology indexes,inflammatory factors and cell adhesion factors were decreased in both groups,and the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistical significance in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Low-dose urokinase assisted alteplase has a good therapeutic effect on postpartum patients with deep venous thrombosis of lower limbs,which can effectively improve clinical manifestations,reduce blood viscosity,and lower the level of inflammatory factors.
