Observation on the Effect of High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Preconditioning Assisted with Methotrexate on Minimally Invasive Hysteroscopic Hysteroscopic Clearance in Patients with Scarred Uterine Pregnancy
Objective:To explore the application effect of methotrexate(MTX)assisted high intensity focused ultrasound(HIFU)in minimally invasive hysteroscopic curettage in the treatment of scar uterine pregnancy(CSP)patients.Methods:90 CSP patients in our hospital from February 2021 to April 2022 were selected and treated with minimally invasive hysteroscopic curettage. They were randomly divided into two groups, with 45 cases in each group. The control group received HIFU pretreatment, while the observation group received HIFU+MTX pretreatment. The patient's recovery, adverse pregnancy outcomes, and complications were evaluated one month after surgery. The quality of life(SF-36)score was used to evaluate the patient's quality of life six months after surgery.Result:Compared with the two groups, the observation group had less bleeding; The recovery time and hospitalization time of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group; The observation group scored higher than the control group half a year after surgery(P<0.05);There was no difference in pregnancy outcomes,full-term delivery, and preterm birth rates between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of pregnancy complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:MTX assisted HIFU can effectively reduce surgical bleeding, shorten treatment time, improve patients'quality of life six months after surgery, without affecting pregnancy outcomes, and effectively reduce pregnancy complications in CSP patients undergoing minimally invasive hysteroscopic curettage.
