Application value of liver fibre-four combined platelet tests in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis
Objective:To investigate the application value of liver fibronectin combined with platelet detection in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.Methods:80 patients with suspected liver fibrosis admitted to our hospital from November 2021 to June 2023 were selected as research objects and included in the study group.A total of 80 healthy subjects were included in the control group.Both groups underwent liver fibra-four combined platelet tests.With the results of liver biopsy as the gold standard,the detection results of the two groups were analyzed and compared,and the detection results of patients with different degrees of liver fibrosis were compared,and the efficacy of liver fibre-four and the platelet count(PLT)detection in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis was analyzed.Results:Compared with the control group,the serum levels of type Ⅳ collagen(col Ⅳ),type Ⅲ procollagen N-terminal peptide(Pⅲ NP),laminin(LN)and hyaluronic acid prume(HA)in the study group were significantly higher,and PLT level was significantly lower,P<0.05;Compared with patients with mild liver fibrosis,serum col Ⅳ,PⅲNP,LN and HA levels in patients with moderate liver fibrosis were significantly higher,while PLT levels were significantly lower(P<0.05).The accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and consistency with the results of liver biopsy were significantly higher than that of the four tests and PLT in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis.Compared with PLT test,the accuracy,sensitivity,specificity,and consistency with the results of liver biopsy were significantly higher in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application value of liver fibronectin combined with platelet test is very high in the diagnosis of liver fibrosis,which can not only predict the severity of liver fibrosis,but also contribute to the early detection of liver fibrosis.
