Blood pressure control level of nifedipine combined with atorvastatin in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension and the effect of vascular endothelial function
Objective:To analyze the effects of nifedipine combined with atorvastatin on blood pressure control and vascular endothelial function in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension. Methods:Patients with CHD and hypertension admitted to our hospital from July 2021 to March 2023(n=80)were selected and divided into control group(n=40)and observation group(n=40)using random number table method. The control group was treated with nifedipine, and the observation group was treated with nifedipine combined with atorvastatin. Both groups were treated for 6 weeks.Blood pressure control level, blood lipids[low density lipoprotein(LDL),high density lipoprotein(HDL),total cholesterol(TC)],vascular endothelial function[plasma endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO)],efficacy and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results:After 6 weeks of treatment, the diastolic blood pressure, systolic blood pressure,LDL,HDL and TC levels in observation group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The level of ET-1 in observation group was lower than that in control group(P<0.05),and the level of NO was higher than that in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Nifedipine combined with atorvastatin can effectively control blood pressure and lipid levels in patients with coronary heart disease and hypertension, improve vascular endothelial function and have better curative effect.
