Risk factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids were analyzed based on Logistic regression
Objective:To explore the risk factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids. Methods:A total of 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids who were treated by external stripping and internal ligation in the hospital from March 2020 to March 2023 were selected as the research objects. The incidence of postoperative 3d urinary retention was statistically analyzed, and the required data were recorded to analyze the risk factors of postoperative urinary retention in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.Results:3 days after operation,13 cases of 60 patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids had urinary retention after external exfoliation and internal resection, the incidence was 21.67%.The incidence of epidural anesthesia, diabetes, postoperative constipation and postoperative pain score were higher than those in the non-occurrence group(P<0.05).Logistic regression analysis showed that epidural anesthesia, diabetes, postoperative constipation and high postoperative pain score were the risk factors for postoperative urinary retention in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids(OR>1,P<0.05).Conclusion:Epidural anesthesia, diabetes, postoperative constipation and high postoperative pain score are the risk factors for postoperative urinary retention in patients with annular mixed hemorrhoids.
