Analysis of clinical effect of ambroxol in treatment of bronchopneumonia in children
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of ambroxol combined with cefuroxime sodium in the treatment of children with bronchial pneumonia. Methods:A total of 96 children with bronchopneumonia were selected from October 2020 to June 2022 and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method(n=48).The control group was treated with cefuroxime sodium, and the observation group was treated with ambroxol combined with cefuroxime sodium. After 7 days of treatment, the disappearance time of fever, cough and other symptoms of the patients was recorded, and leukocytes technology and C-reactive protein(CRP)were measured by hematology analyzer and immunodiffusion method. The total effective rate of the two groups was compared. Results:The disappearance time of fever, cough, lung moist rales and other clinical symptoms in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment, there were no significant differences in white blood cell count and CRP levels between the two groups(P>0.05).After 7 days of treatment, the white blood cell count and CRP level of the two groups were lower than before treatment, and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ambroxol combined with cefuroxime sodium can promote the disappearance of clinical symptoms and reduce the inflammatory response of children with bronchopneumonia.
